Only 35 pages and this book offered tremendous value to the reader. I would like to shake the writer's hand as this book is very concise and yet was able to convey its core message to the reader effectively. I find that the book can be rather short and that is a good thing as my attention span is not that long. Overall a great book and it can be read over again and again as it is so short and requires little time to complete

Jim Collins uses a systematic approach to look in depth into these companies and see what really makes them great. With that said, there are a couple companies that should either be reevaluated or may have not “keep up with the times”. The concept of this level of leadership gives great insight into what current and future mangers of a company should strive to be. The book also contains summaries of each concept at the end of each section that allows for the reader to refresh the information and quickly reference necessary theories. Any aspiring businessman or entrepreneur could greatly benefit from this book because Collins seamlessly wrote and organized this book with the intent for the readers to use as a guide to their great company. I would recommend this book to not only businessmen or entrepreneurs, but also to anyone who is willing to learn what is necessary to become a great leader and how to surround yourself with a strong team in order to gain lasting success.

The book helps you find these things, gives you examples of companies that have failed and why they have failed. And obviously gives wonderful examples of brilliant companies that have been extremely successful. It was an excellent book and kept you engaged and it was an easy read.

I see many people around me settle because they are satisfied with good, tony robbins said good is the enemy of great. Once you think your doing good you dont have any reason to improve anymore and will just settle, Same goes for companies, This book gives some interesting insights in why some companies just stay good while other companies excell

Don't have time to read long books - this is perfect and to the point.

This book is a summary or review of Good to Great, if you had planned to read Jim Collins book then buy it in instead. This is a good review but for me not the real thing.

Great summary. Shouldn't have bought the real one. Saves a lot of time. Excellent. I would like to recommend this book to my team and even better have someone coaching our team on this subject.
